This 329m2 detached home is owned by Chris & Vicky King which they finished in April 2024. Their project has also featured as a Case Study at The National Self Build & Renovation centre in Swindon, which they visited about 20 times whilst researching build systems and choosing the Isotex ICF system. 

Chris is a retired Civil Engineering consultant of 41 years and Vicky has an artistic flare!  They have installed a ground source heat pump, underfloor heating, triple glazing with solar panels and from May to August 2024 their electricity costs have been in credit, that’s despite their home at a constant 23 degrees for an elderly relative.
